Aleph is a library for client and server network programming, built on top of Netty. It provides implementations of the HTTP, TCP, and UDP protocols, using a consistent and simple stream representation atop each.
Manifold is a stream abstraction, designed expressly to work well with other stream abstractions. It exposes representations for deferreds, which represent a single unrealized value, and streams, which represent many such values.
Finally, byte-streams is a library that can transform any byte representation into any other. Together, these libraries make it possible to use any existing Java or Clojure library to good effect with Aleph.
